MARCH 15TH 2018
Originally from Maine, this week’s client elected to get custom countertops from International Granite and Stone. The customer bought the home on Ward Island on 2017 as a vacation home near extended family. The couple planned on fixing up the space with a little remodeling, before they move into the Penthouse permenantly after they retire. The apartment features a secure access elevator, that leads straight into the kitchen. So naturally it’s the first thing you see. With that being said, replacing the countertops and updating the kitchen was the first thing on their to-do list.
The clients chose to keep the cherry cabinets in the kitchen because they perfectly match the flooring throughout the rest of the home. The appliances, however, needed updating. From drab to fab, the couple swapped out the old white appliances with sleek stainless steel. For the countertops, they chose Cambria Quartz Annicca.

Cambria Annicca is a spin-off of Cambria’s best-seller, Brittanicca. Annicca features the same waving motion as the Original, embedded with gold and purple shimmering flecks. Annicca was used for the entire U-shaped kitchen, as well as on a desk-armoire in the Living Room. Before they replaced the counters, they were a cherry polished wood finish.
“The Countertops were so outdated, they needed to be replaced and I wanted something white with character.” The couple said.
Here at International Granite and Stone, Customer Satisfaction is key. We want you to love your home even more than you already do after we install your custom countertops. For over 16 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to establish a loyal client base in the Tampa Bay and Orlando Area.
