Meet the Home Owners
Married for 45 years, the Kelly’s have lived in Tampa for the past 20 years. They moved into their current residence about 15 years ago. Originally from Tennessee, the Kelly family moved to Tampa for the Sunshine and to live near the water. The Kelly’s are investing in their home now to prepare it for sale, hoping a Kitchen Countertop Project will enhance their Kitchen and get them more money during the sale.

The Kelly’s were in need of Countertops, LED Lighting, and Tile Backsplash. The Kelly’s search for a One-Stop Countertop shop online, where they found International Granite and Stone. After seeing a color they just couldn’t resist on the Cambria Official Website, the couple contacted International Granite and Stone, a Cambria Premier Dealer. From there, they viewed the slab at the IGS Factory and Showroom in Odessa and scheduled an In-Home Appointment with IGS Design Specialist Elizabeth W.
The Kelly family had their eye set on one of Cambria’s most popular new colors, Brittanicca Gold. Based off of the original Brittanicca, the Gold version features golden waves, with smatterings of gold specks and veins throughout. The clients wanted something that was going to lighten and brighten their kitchen, with just a pop of color. Cambria’s most popular color, the Brittanicca pattern was first introduced in 2015. The original Britannicca is very similar to the look of Marble, with broad sweeping gray veins on a white marble background.
Installing Quartz Kitchen Countertops
We have perfected the Installation of Quartz Kitchen Countertops. At International Granite and Stone, we Install about 100 Kitchens and Bathrooms and day. Quartz is an extremely durable material, which makes installation a breeze. Installation typically takes about 30 minutes to an hour with two of our certified Installers. Plumbing and Electrical Connections may take an additional day but will be scheduled with you and your Project Manager ahead of time. After the countertops are Installed, leave them be for 3 hours, to allow the adhesives to settle and dry properly. Please do not place objects on the Countertops during this time.
