APRIL 20TH 2018

Did you know that a Kitchen Renovation Project can vastly increase the value of your home?  Whether your renovating to sell, or renovating to improve the quality of your home, Kitchen Makeovers can give your home that new build feel.   The Kitchen is where life happens, where lunches are made, and dinners are shared.  In this Home, we renovated the Kitchen for the customer for rental reasons, with his main residence located next door to the Condo.  Mr. Faria has lived in the Sarasota area since 2004, enjoying the picturesque beaches and local seafood.  Acquired earlier this year, Mr. Faria intends to rent the condo overlooking the water out to a beach loving couple or family.

Being a new build, the entire condo needed countertops.  From the Kitchen to the Master Bath and Guest Bath, Quartz Countertops were installed.   Knowing he wanted a white beachy feel to the condo, Mr. Faria looked to the Cambria Marble Collection, for different types of White Quartz Countertop Options. Shortly after, the customer scheduled an In-Home Appointment with IGS Designer Jessica A. to get down to the nitty-gritty and talk business.

With Jessica A.’s help, Mr. Faria chose Cambria Torquay Quartz, for its immense durability and low maintenance. Cambria Quartz is an American made Quartz brand out of Le Seur, Minnesota.  The lighter colors are preferred to customers because of Cambria’s Lifetime Warranty.  Buy with Confidence; Quartz Countertops are highly stain resistant and scratch resistant, and never requires sealant, unlike Granite and Marble.  Cambria Torquay is a part of Cambria’s Marble Collection.  The customer used Cambria Torquay in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. The customer also chose white beveled subway tile  for the backsplash to accompany the quartz, and to protect the walls from stains.

“When you’re renting out a space you’ve invested your own money into, you wanna make sure that space stands the test of time.  I feel so much better knowing there is virtually nothing a renter can do to harm the countertops.” Mr. Faria said.

Here at International Granite & Stone, Customer Satisfaction is key. We want you to love your home even more than you already do after we install your custom countertops.  For 16 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to establish a loyal client base in the Tampa Bay and Orlando.
