MARCH 9TH 2018
Originally from Nashville, TN, this week’s client moved to Florida in 1999, and purchased his current home in 2006. Mr. Wall and his Girlfriend reached out to International Granite and Stone in early January this year about updating their Kitchen. Designer Pat K. came out to the home, with quartz samples in hand to help find the perfect color for the Wall Kitchen.
The cabinetry and appliances were in good enough condition to keep, but the Countertops and Backsplash we’re not to their liking and wanted a change. They knew they wanted a light colored countertop, but something different, with some pizzaz. With Pat K.’s help, the client’s chose Cambria Oakmoor Quartz, a light sandy beige color, with waves of motion throughout the piece. For the backsplash, the customers had a difference of opinion on what type of tile style to choose. The decision came down to Subway Tile or an Interlocking Pattern.
“Sometimes you just need that woman’s touch.” Mr. Wall’s girlfriend said, “I won out on this decision, the Backsplash is my favorite part!” she beamed.

Attention to detail was important in this kitchen. The customers chose a stainless steel Farmhouse Sink, to match the finish of all the appliances. In addition, Mr. Wall also had a stainless steel trim installed around the backsplash, for a more finished look that ties everything together. The customers are also considering painting the existing cabinetry white. We were able to refer them to our cabinet Refinisher, Lizbeth, with PaintDesignCabinetry.com. Lizbeth updated International Granite and Stone’s Odessa Showroom Cabinets during August of 2017.
Here at International Granite and Stone, Customer Satisfaction is key. We want you to love your home even more than you already do after we install your custom countertops. For over 16 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to establish a loyal client base in the Tampa Bay and Orlando Area.
