Meet the Business Owners

Linda and Danny own a small strip of stores in the Clearwater Beach Area and are currently renovating the spaces to accommodate new businesses.  The couple has owned the plaza for about three years.  Currently, the plaza is home to Island Dog Outfitters, Caffeinated Bakery, Belloise Realty, and a Pizzeria coming soon!  The couple is also pursuing a Countertop Project for their Pizzeria as well.

Caffeinated Bakery is a Vegetarian, Gluten Free Bakery that makes everything from scratch on the premises.  Being so close to the beach, the Bakery is also an Ocean Friendly Business.  This means that they operate using as little Single-Use Plastic Products as possible.  All drinks are served in reusable cups, and the company even offers a discount for using your own Reusable Cup!  Started by a group called Ocean Allies, business operators need to go through the certification process to earn the badge and title of an “Ocean Friendly” Business.  As one of the most consistently ranked, award-winning beaches, Clearwater is a great place to start this movement.

The Owners came to International Granite and Stone looking to update the Bakery space first. 

“As a Small Business, it was important to us to use another reputable Small Business.  We believe in spreading the wealth and helping others.  We could’ve called Home Depot, but we wanted to deal with a Small Business exclusively and you guys came highly recommended.” Linda said.

Previously, The business owners had Laminate Countertops in the Bakery but wanted the look of Marble.  The Countertops were the Centerpiece of the Kitchen, and they wanted to change things up.  The business owners also decided to use a Flat Polished Edge on the Countertops.  They updated the sink to a Large Double Bowl Stainless Steel Apron Farmhouse Sink.
